DUPR Tournaments – Lighthouse Pickleball

Install the DUPR app on your phone from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
In the DUPR app, click on the “Clubs” tab, search for the “Lighthouse Pickleball” club, and join it
Join the Lighthouse Pickleball network within the GPN web app
In the GPN web app, click on your “Account” button in the upper-right corner, click on “Settings & Privacy“, look for the “Connect to DUPR” settings, and use the button there to link your GPN account to your DUPR account
Register for a tournament bracket within the GPN web app

Play in a doubles compass tournament, with proper seeding using DUPR
You will play 3 matches (between 6 to 9 games) within 3 hours
Each doubles team must have a DUPR team average less than a specified level
- For DUPR 3.5 brackets, the DUPR team average must be less than 3.6
- For DUPR 4.0 brackets, the DUPR team average must be less than 4.1
A rating in DUPR with a reliability of 60% or more is required
You can use the DUPR app to find a partner best matched to your skill
In a compass tournament, no team is eliminated, so every team gets to play in every round
With 8 teams, there will be 3 rounds
In each round, you play a team with exactly the same record as your team’s record so far
In each round, you will play a match to win 2 out of 3 games
In each game, play using rally scoring to 21, win by 2, switch sides at 11
The leading team will freeze at 20, and the trailing team will freeze at 18
There will be no time limit for each game
One time-out of 1 minute per team per game
